American Mortgage Management was formed in January of 2000 by me, Kerry Worden. Our name reflects our philosophy that mortgage debt should be thoughtfully managed in conjunction with assets.
Let me take a moment to explain who I am and how my company operates. At present, American Mortgage Management consists of myself, my Loan Processor, Teri Wilson (who has been with me for 17 years) and outsourced support staff that expands and contracts as volume dictates. We keep our overhead low so that we can pass on the lowest interest rates possible to you, our clients.
As our client you will not be handed off to a Junior Loan Officer in some cubicle, on some floor, in some building in some city. You will be working directly with me and Teri. I have personally closed over 2000 transactions in my career and I am eager to give you the personal attention you need to help you make the best decisions for your personal situation.
